How is Aletiq pricing calculated?
Your quote has two parts: a fixed-price deployment and annual licenses. The price depends on the number of users and their license type, the integrations with your CAD, ERP or other tools, and the volume of data to migrate.
Is deployment a one-time cost?
Yes. Deployment is a one-time, fixed-price project. It covers the analysis of your use cases, the target data model, platform setup, data migration, CAD and ERP connector setup, and user training. If it takes longer than planned, you pay nothing extra.
How long does deployment take?
Deployment typically takes 2 months per site, depending on the volume of data to migrate and the integrations needed. Users need about 2 hours of training each.
Are CAD and ERP connectors included, or charged separately?
Connector setup is included in the deployment price. Aletiq has native plugins for SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Creo, Siemens NX, Inventor, AutoCAD and Solid Edge, and integrates with any ERP, such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Sage or Odoo. Aletiq specifies, develops, hosts and maintains each interface.
How does the cost of Aletiq compare to Windchill, Teamcenter or 3DEXPERIENCE?
Aletiq is a cloud PLM, so there are no servers to buy or maintain. Deployment is fixed price and typically takes 2 months per site, and integrations are built and maintained by Aletiq instead of third-party consultants. Shared computer and Viewer licenses let shop-floor teams and approvers use the PLM without paying for full licenses.

Where is our data hosted, and is it secure?
European customer data is hosted by OVHcloud in France, and North American customer data on AWS in the United States. Aletiq is ISO 27001 certified, encrypts data in transit and at rest, supports single sign-on, and contractually guarantees 99.5% availability.
