This page is a charter relating to the protection of users' personal data.
When you use the Aletiq software solution (hereinafter: the “Solution”), we may ask you to provide us with personal data about you.
The term “personal data” refers to all data that makes it possible to identify an individual directly or indirectly, by aggregating several data, which corresponds to your names, first names, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, data relating to your transactions through the Solution, data relating to your transactions through the Solution, to data entered by our customers (hereinafter: the “Customers”) as part of their use of the Solution, in particular your date and place of birth, nationality,, sex, workplace, occupied job as well as any other information that we may request from you and that you choose to provide to us about yourself.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the means we use to collect and process your personal data, in the strictest respect of your rights.
In this regard, we inform you that we comply, in the collection and processing of your personal data, with law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, in its current version.
We draw your attention to the fact that we are only responsible for our use of your personal data, to the exclusion of any other collection and processing carried out directly by our Customers as part of their use of the Solution. Customers are solely and solely responsible for complying with their legal and declarative obligations in the context of the processing of your personal data that they carry out by themselves, with their own means and for their sole needs.
The person responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data is the company Aletiq, SAS registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 878 022 961, having its head office at 157 rue des Pyrénées, 75020 Paris, 75020 Paris (referred to herein as “We”)
Your personal data is collected to meet one or more of the following purposes:
- Manage your access to certain services available on the Solution and their use.
- Perform customer management operations concerning contracts, orders, invoices, customer relationship monitoring.
- Create a file of registered members, users, customers and prospects.
- Send newsletters, solicitations and promotional messages.
In case you do not want it, we give you the opportunity to express your refusal on this subject when collecting your data:
- Develop commercial statistics and the number of visits to our services.
- Organize contests, lotteries and all promotional operations except online games of money and chance subject to the approval of the Online Gaming Regulatory Authority.
- Manage the management of people's opinions on products, services or content
- Manage unpaid bills and potential disputes regarding the use of our products and services
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
When collecting your personal data, we inform you whether certain data must be filled in or if they are optional. We also tell you what are the possible consequences of a lack of response.
Only the staff of our company, the services in charge of control (auditor in particular) and our subcontractors will have access to your personal data.
Public bodies, exclusively to meet our legal obligations, judicial officers, ministerial officers and organizations responsible for debt collection may also be recipients of your personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred, rented or exchanged for the benefit of third parties.
Regarding data relating to the management of customers and prospects:
Your personal data will not be stored for longer than is strictly necessary for the management of our commercial relationship with you. However, data that makes it possible to establish proof of a right or a contract, or that must be kept in order to comply with a legal obligation, will be stored for the period provided for by the law in force.
Regarding possible prospecting operations for customers, their data may be kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship.
Personal data relating to a prospect, not a customer, may be kept for a period of three years from their collection or from the last contact from the prospect.
At the end of this three-year period, we will be able to contact you again to find out if you wish to continue to receive commercial solicitations.Regarding the management of lists of objections to receiving prospecting:
- The information allowing your right to object to be taken into account is kept for a minimum of three years from the exercise of the right of opposition.
Regarding audience measurement statistics:
- The information stored in the user terminal or any other element used to identify users and allowing them to be traced or visited will not be kept for more than thirteen (13) months.
We inform you to take all useful precautions, organizational and technical measures appropriate to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data and in particular, to prevent them from being deformed, damaged or from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.
Cookies are text files, often encrypted, stored in your browser. They are created when a user's browser loads a given website: the site sends information to the browser, which then creates a text file. Each time the user returns to the same site, the browser retrieves this file and sends it to the website's server.
We can distinguish between two types of cookies, which do not have the same purposes:
Technical cookies and advertising cookies.
Technical cookies are used throughout your browsing, in order to facilitate it and to perform certain functions. For example, a technical cookie can be used to remember the answers entered in a form or the user's preferences with regard to the language or presentation of a website, when such options are available.
Advertising cookies can be created not only by the website on which the user is browsing, but also by other websites displaying advertisements, ads, widgets or other elements on the page displayed. In particular, these cookies can be used to carry out targeted advertising, that is to say advertising determined according to the user's navigation.
We use technical cookies. These are stored in your browser for a period of thirteen (13) months.
We do not use advertising cookies. However, if we were to use them in the future, we would inform you in advance and you would be able to deactivate cookies if necessary.
We use Google Analytics, which is a statistical tool for audience analysis that generates a cookie to measure the number of visits to the Solution, the number of pages viewed and the activity of visitors. Your IP address is also collected to determine the city from which you are connecting. The retention period of this cookie is mentioned in article 7 (VII) of this privacy policy.
For all practical purposes, we remind you that you can oppose the deposit of cookies by configuring your browser. However, such refusal could prevent the proper functioning of the Solution.
When you choose to communicate your personal data, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with what is set out in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the legislation in force.
In accordance with law No. 78-17 of January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, you have the right to obtain the communication and, where appropriate, the correction or deletion of data concerning you, through online access to your file.

It is recalled that any person may, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him or her.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at any time. These changes will be effective as of the publication of the new Privacy Policy. Your use of the Solution following the entry into force of these changes will constitute recognition and acceptance of the new Privacy Policy. Otherwise and if this new Privacy Policy does not suit you, you will no longer have to access the Solution.
This Privacy Policy came into effect on December 2, 2019.
