Lodging
The Aletiq software and our customers' data are hosted in France at OVH Cloud, the only French provider certified SecNumCloud. The infrastructure is located in France and guarantees a maximum level of security and confidentiality.
Performance
Aletiq is committed to a platform availability rate of 99.7% in its SLAs. We also ensure continuity of service with the objective of resuming activity within 1 hour in the event of an incident.
Data Encryption
Your data is encrypted end-to-end to ensure its confidentiality. The HTTPS protocol is used for transfers to and from our application and encryption with an AES protocol ensures the security of the data on our servers.
Resilience
Our customers' software and data are replicated 6 times on separate servers, in distinct geographic areas. You are finally safe from data loss with Aletiq.

Secure user authentication on the platform
To allow our customers to authenticate themselves on Aletiq securely, we work with the Auth0 authentication and authorization platform. Each user has personal identifiers to ensure traceability. Controls guarantee the security and robustness of passwords against attacks (brute force, dictionary, spraying, stuffing, etc.).
Ensure traceability
Keep track of all user actions: addition, modification, validation, signature, deletion... The advanced document management, PDM and PLM functionalities allow you to ensure the traceability of all changes made to the objects of the application.
